Glass hinge instructions
- First determine the installation position of the glass hinge, and make a cutting mark on the glass surface.
- According to the specifications of the glass hinge, the glass is cut (as shown in the glass cutting diagram).
- Put the number of PVC sheets on the glass hinge fixing plate and the movable panel in sequence until the glass is clamped.
- Tighten all screws to be installed.
Installation standard
- Maximum load: 45hg.
- Glass material: Tempered glass must be used.
- Switching times: more than 100,000 times.
- Suitable thickness of glass: 6mm~12mm.
